Field Report: Diorama

I don't speak French, but right about now, I wish I did. My good friend CMDante pointed me towards a fantastic and extremely creepy diorama using Smart Max models. So naturally when it had a WIP link, I had to check it out. Be inspired and amazed, and don't forget to try some of the stuff you see yourself!

  2. Yep, the translate function gives a little insight but its still pretty flaky on a lot of areas making it hard to understand what the author truly means.

The efforts he has gone to with the lighting are phenomenal though it's difficult to see in most of the finished pics.

The Smog 1888 figures are really nice, think I'll pick some up at some point this year.

  3. Depending on the scale, they'd be fun stand ins for with INCURSION too. Some of the more military models really resonate with me!

The lighting is just ridiculous on this diorama. The building work is fantastic and something I aspire my next terrain project to steal wholesale from ;).

  4. Thanks for the link!

I haven't seen it before and I just love SmartMax miniatures. They're a bit on the expensive side, but I like them anyway.

Posted the link to the Chest of Colors forum. I hope you don't mind?
