Field Report: Eldar Terrain

Col Corbane sent this little number along about using leftover junk to create some great looking Eldar city terrain. Some great ideas you should definitely check out.

  1. Glad you liked it gents, must admit, even though I knew it was coming, it was still a surprise to see it in my blog roll.

    Keep up the great work!

  2. I gotta say... that tall clear drink container looks like it could have... multiple purposes. But I love the newspaper texture-- I'll have to steal that idea.

  3. I get the kids to get me them every time they go the cinema, so much potential in them. The papa mache is an excellent protective coating. I'm really surprised you haven't come across it before, virtually everyone in the UK has. It's a medium that we've all worked with at school making alsorts of models etc.

  4. I just can't get over the impression of it looking like a toilet. That's not to say I don't think it's a good job. :-)

  5. Oh, I've seen it before, but the last time I did newspaper mache was... well, probably grade school. I must forgotten all the things I've remembered. :)
